Suitable to be incorporated in a typical process with cooker or extruder for the production of snacks with and without filling.

  • A newly designed, high efficiency, generation of chain die guarantees the lowest rates of scrap, resulting in the highest quality final product.
  • GMP design, incorporating hygienic stainless steel tubular frames.
  • User friendly PLC with HMI, including recipes, speed and temperature setting storage as well as other useful chain die parameters as part of the recall memo.

dual forming version

A dual forming die-set version has been developed to allow the feeding of up to 2 ropes simultaneously. Possibility to develop new 3D shapes, even bicolor, for products with a greater appeal with respect to traditional pillow shape. The implementation of the chain system also allows to obtain products with high percentages of filling. High production capacity to meet the high production volume allowed by cookers/extruders. A dual forming die-set version has been developed to allow the feeding of up to 2 ropes simultaneously.
