Has been developed with the aim of providing a versatile line, able to produce innovative lollipops, with three-dimensional shapes, multicolored and filled but also the classic flat lollipops.

Since the beginning of its development, the line has been designed to be modular and give the maximum flexibility options for the development of new products. With this line you can easily produce – by a 5-minute die set change – a variety of lollipops with new generation shapes, colors and different fillings. Its high speed – up to 1000 pcs/min – can be combined with batch and semi-automatic systems.

Thanks to the perfect synchronization of the line from the batch roller to the cooling tunnel, all controlled by a single operator panel, we can reduce waste and machine stopsThrough automation sensors, forming controls and wrapping phase the line is able to increase its efficiency granting advanced precision in the forming process with constant weight and size. This line also has the possibility to implement, in a few minutes, die sets for the production of ball lollipops or hard candies making it the most unique and flexible production plant on the market.

Moreover, the standard chain die system could be implemented with a special double batch roller (exclusive product developed by Nuova Euromec) granting access to a complete new generation of products – 4+ colors and all the filling option on the same product. All of that to overcome the limitations of traditional one color lollipops.

The filling options available for this line are: powders, chewing-gum and liquids such as creams, chocolate, jams, honey, fruit-based syrups, pectins. The design has been made in stainless steel tubular to allow maximum ease of cleaning and hygiene of the line.
