The uniqueness of our universal forming machine guarantees maximum flexibility thanks to the quick die set change – less than 1 minute – and thanks to the possibility of installing die sets for lollipop offering the option of a diversified production. The chain system also allows the production of candies with high percentages of filling, two colors and double filling to overcome traditional products. The forming process happens through pressure using a pneumatic system for greater accuracy and control granting seamless product with optimal forming quality. The option to combine pumps for the production of candies filled with powders and liquids such as creams, chocolate, jams, honey and fruit-based syrups, pectins or chewy is available.

The rotary forming machine is dedicated to the production of candies without filling or with a low percentage of filling. It is particularly suitable for continuous production where it is not required a wide variety of products and shapes. Years of experience and continuous researches in raw materials have allowed us to develop technical solutions to reduce die set wear and increase the quality of the final product, reducing scraps and make it seamless. During the forming process, pressure with pneumatic control grants accuracy and control of the candy forming phase. Design in stainless steel tubular to allow maximum ease of cleaning and hygiene of the line. The combination with different kinds of pumps for the production of candies filled with powders and liquids – such as creams, chocolate, jams, honey, and fruit based syrups and pectins – is considered a basic integration on this line.
