Forming DIE SETS
Advanced engineering for shapingDIE SETS technology
The die set is the core in the majority of Euromec lines. It’s the part that defines the shape and the dimension of the final product and dictates the rhythm of production. Therefore the die quality directly influences the final product quality.
DESCRIPTION
The die-forming is one of the fundamental steps of any confectionery production line. In the market there are two forming systems, chain or rotary, each one with unique and specific features. Depending on costumers’request, type of products, existing forming lines, we can provide with both types of forming options. The materials used throughout the production process are specially developed and dedicated to applications for the confectionery industry. They are the result of over 60 years of experience and research at the service of our customers. Our die-sets have been developed to keep up with the new needs and challenges faced by our customers, to increase their service life, speed and production volumes, to produce the new generations of candies and lollipops.

DIE SETS DIFFERENCES & ADVANTAGES
Chain die-set technology is recognized worldwide by candy makers to be the most efficient, flexible, and versatile solution in high centerfilled candies. Rotary die-set technology is the most appreciated solution for solid candies, where centerfilling and flexibility are not the main requirements.
