Allows the production of different chewing gum products in different shapes, from pellets – to be coated – to tabs and thin sticks.
FLEXIBLE AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION
The line allows the production of high volumes of chewing gum with precise control of the dimensions and weight of the product for the subsequent operations of coating or high-speed wrapping (tabs/sticks). It can be combined with an already existing gum preparation plant, or it can be completed with all the necessary for the preparation of the mass to be extruded, starting from the mixing of the gum base with the various ingredients. It can also be customized based on the customer’s request: from small laboratory productions up to high capacity plants. The possibility of a quick change of shape is feasible thanks to easily interchangeable lamination modules. Waste and machine stops are reduced thanks to the precision, constancy and synchronism of the extrusion and lamination process.
DESIGN
This line provides precision in the forming of the final product with constant weight and dimensions to fully exploit the high-speed wrapping machines and improve performance in the coating phase. Due to the high flexibility in changing laminating modules it easy and quick to switch from pellet production to stick or tabs production. After the forming phase, you can apply a cooling tunnel to accelerate the process of product aging, it is also available in more specific versions for the production of pharmaceutical chewing gum. The design has been made in stainless steel tubular to allow maximum ease of cleaning and hygiene of the line.
